SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to making our customers happy, therefore we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. To initiate a return, please contact contact@divabwitch for return instructions first, before you ship your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
Returns must be received within no later than 14 days from the original delivery date. Any returns received later than 14 days will not be refunded.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send orders back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. For quality and speed purposes, we recommend you using the services of DHL/USPS/UPS Express.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s) in their original condition: undamaged, in their original packaging. In cases where returned products are sent back without original packaging, and/or damaged, we are not able to provide a refund, or any reimbursement. Diva BWitch reserves the right to decline a refund if any of these conditions are not met.
